Supermicro unveils AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO workstation

The recently released AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3995WX processor has not been overlooked by motherboard manufacturers. Two cooling options will be available: standard air cooling and liquid cooling with a large 360mm radiator. For disk subsystems, there are four internal 3.5”/2.5” and two front panel bays for two 2.5” drives. Standard front panel port selection & ; two USB 3.2 (Type A), two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 (Type C); rear panel has 5 more USB ports. The power supply range will include models from 1200W to 2000W (no redundancy and hot-swappable). Supermicro will be expanding its AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO based workstation series in the future, look forward to more interesting models.
