AMD shows 40% FPS increase in Far Cry 6 with FSR turned on

AMD has published Far Cry 6 trailer, which is dedicated to the work of the company's technologies in Ubisoft's upcoming action game. The manufacturer noted that the game will be optimized for Ryzen processors and Radeon graphics cards.

PC players will be able to enjoy ultra-high resolution textures in 4K and will also be able to use ultra-wide monitors. Far Cry 6 will use hybrid lighting with ray tracing for reflections and realistic shadow raytracing. HDR and FreeSync are also supported.

FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) super-sampling technology will allow for an increase in frame rate without a significant loss in picture quality. In the demonstration you can see that the system will be able to boost frame rate by up to 40%.
