EK Water Blocks company, famous Slovenian developer of liquid cooling systems, has announced new EK-Quantum Velocity² processor waterblock. It is designed for AMD Socket AM4 chips.

It is said to be EK-Matrix7 compliant, which stipulates that the height increments or port spacing is 7 mm.

A multicolor addressable D-RGB backlight based on 17 LEDs is implemented. You can change modes and synchronize the effects with ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock PolyChrome Sync or MSI Mystic Light Sync motherboard.

There are five options available: Nickel + Plexi, Nickel + Acetal, Full Nickel, Nickel + Satin Titanium and Copper + Acetal. The base is made of copper, which increases the efficiency of heat dissipation. Depending on the version the price is €105,8 or €141,1 excluding VAT;
